PART TIME GUEST SERVICE AGENT
Mirabeau Park Hotel has an immediate opening for a part-time guest service agent.
Successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, professional appearance,
valid driver license and clean driving record. This position requires the ability to work well
with people and have the ability to smile, stay calm and behave in a professional manner.
Previous front desk experience a plus. Excellent computer and telephone skills required.
HOTEL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mirabeau Park Hotel has an immediate opening for a full time administrative assistant in
our Sales and Catering office. Minimum of two years experience in an office environment a must.
Experience in a hospitality, sales and/or catering a plus. This position requires a self starter and self
motivated individual with typing skills of at least 50 WPM, ability to navigate through Microsoft Office
software, ability to learn new computer applications, knowledge of general business writing,
ability to alphabetize and put files in numerical order, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Excellent telephone skills and the ability to multitask in a very busy office environment are essential.
The demonstrated willingness to learn and excel with a positive attitude is a must.
Working knowledge of various office equipment including but not limited to a multi-line telephone system,
fax machine, printers and copy machines. Superb organizational and communication skills
with the ability to prioritize workload is required.
