• The rate includes 1 ticket to a Carbo Load pasta dinner on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 6 P.M until 8 P.M. Additional tickets for the Carbo Load pasta dinner will be sold at the front desk. Additional Carbo Load pasta dinner ticket pricing is as follows:

1.  Ages 13 and up $15.95/ticket (plus tax and gratuity)
2.  Ages 6-12 $9.95/ticket (plus tax and gratuity)
3.  5 and below are complimentary
   
   

• All room reservations and Carbo Load pasta dinner participation must be made no later than Monday May 13, 2013 in order for our Chef to prepare the proper amount of food.

• To make a reservation please call 509.924.9000. Please provide our reservation staff with the number of guests who will be attending the Carbo Load pasta dinner. When booking your guestroom you must ask for the “FINISH” rate to get the special pricing.

• A minimum of 30 attendees is needed for the Carbo Load pasta dinner to take place. In the event that there are fewer than 30 signed up to attend the Carbo Load pasta dinner your vouchers will be honored at our award winning restaurant, MAX at Mirabeau in accordance with prices as indicated above.

• All marathoners, half marathoners and family may join us at the Carbo Load. Please reserve your table by May 13, 2013 by contacting the hotel at 509.924.9000. Carbo Load pricing mentioned above.

• Complimentary Shuttle Service on race day morning to the start of the half marathon which is located near the parking lot of Jigsaw/Data Corp at 12825 E. Mirabeau Parkway, Pinecroft Business Park Building, in Mirabeau Park. Racers need to be at the start by 6:15 A.M.. Shuttle service is provided by one vehicle so space is limited.
